Final Comment: After discussions and further review with COGCC staff, corrective actions from FIR Document #682401260 to decompact and re-seed the small disturbance (~6’X10’) on the eastern portion of the well location does not have to be performed. Vegetative growth is sufficient throughout the rest of the well location. There are no erosion concerns at location; therefore, no further action is required.
