Final Comment: A reclamation variance request was submitted for a portion of the access road to remain. The request is under review. The location and a portion of the access road was reclaimed. There is some desirable vegetation establishing at the location however, there is a dominance of undesirable species and there is surface cracking of the soils. Vegetation does not appear to be establishing along the reclaimed portion of the road. There is erosion that has occurred at the 3 culverts along the road. These areas need to be repaired and reclaimed. Additional reseeding should be performed. See attached photos

Comment: There is erosion that has occurred at the 3 culverts installed along the road. Stormwater has flown around the culverts causing erosion of the road. BMP's must be implemented in accordance with good engineering practice and must be maintained until final reclamation is achieved.
